I have always had a passion for food and entertaining. My goal is to create exciting menus that will dazzle your guests with food that is a delight to the senses. Fresh, Colorful, Sensual, and Full of Flavor.

I was captivated by the culinary traditions of Mexico City when I was 16. I am excited to explore this wonderful cuisine with you, and present my own take on these timeless classics.
